FAQs

1) Are your perfumes genuine?

Yes, we guarantee the authenticity of fragrances by sourcing from reputable distributors based in Singapore. 

The genuine branded perfumes are being decanted into our self-manufactured atomizers using sterilized equipment.

More ever, we are a legitimate registered company under ACRA.(Our business registration number : 201922924E)

2) How does “Scents Movement” curate the selection on the website?

As perfume junkies ourselves, the team personally curates all the perfumes listed on the website. Our aim is to provide a wide variety of scents with different notes for you to choose from, from the classic Chanel to the very luxurious brand like Penhaligon’s.

Some of the selection criteria include: popularity, trends, lasting power and many more…

3) Can I refill the atomizers from “Scents Movement” with my own perfume?

Yes, we encourage you to reuse our atomisers instead of purchasing multiple travel size perfumes which isn’t earth friendly.

When the atomisers have come to the end of their lifespan, please help to dispose them off in the recycling bins where they can be reprocessed.

Please note that Scents Movement will not be responsible for any leaks, contamination and allergies caused by re-using our atomizers or extending its usage beyond the intended shelf-life of 6 months.

4) Can I cancel my order?

Please double check your order before you press the payment button. Once the payment has been made, the order can not be cancelled and no refunds will be given.

5) What about damaged items? How can I seek refund or exchange?

We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. Please email us at enquiry@scentsmovement.com within 7 days from delivery date with your order number (which is the invoice number), name of the damaged item(s) , state if you will like a refund or exchange and kindly attach a picture of the damaged item in the email.

We will attend to you asap and thank you for your patience.

6) Why do you require my phone number and email address?

To receive the latest updates on your order and delivery details.(NOTE: Tracking of delivery is only available for "Subscription Box" purchase. For "ala carte" purchase, it will be via normal mail)

An invoice will also be emailed to you with a unique customer number where you can use it for future “loyalty rewards” program should you purchase from us again.

 7) When can I expect to receive my items?

Upon receiving a confirmation email, the order will take 5-7 working days to reach you (working days exclude sat, sun and public holidays).

8) Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment due to customs restrictions on flammable items. We are working towards the aim of going international and will update on our social media once we are available in other countries.
